About The Longevity Log
People search for what well-known longevity researchers and biohackers actually do. The answers online are often second-hand, undated or invented. We built the Log to give a sourced answer.
Each routine log collects what one person has publicly said about their supplements, devices, diet, sleep and exercise. Every item is quoted, dated and linked to the original source, whether that’s their own site, book, podcast or posts. Anything they haven’t said publicly is marked “not publicly stated”.
Product pages, such as “who uses this device?”, are built automatically from those logs.
What we’re not
- We aren’t doctors and we don’t give medical advice.
- We aren’t affiliated with, or endorsed by, anyone we profile.
- We don’t review or rank products.
